About this property

Redcliffs is a cosy Victorian fisherman's terraced cottage located within the town centre in a quiet, level position opposite pretty gardens and the River Sid. Sidmouth seafront, indoor swimming pool, children's play park and the main shopping area which has excellent restaurants and inns is just a few minutes walk away.  

Accommodation

Hall with stairs to first floor.Spacious, comfortably furnished sitting room/dining room with gas living flame fire. Well equipped kitchen with door leading to small conservatory with access to small rear courtyard area. On the first floor there are two bedrooms both withfitted bedroom furniture, one with double bed and one with twin beds.  White bathroom with shower over bath and W.C.

Changeover day: Friday

One small pet strictly by arrangement charged at £25 per week

Parking: Unrestricted roadside parking in front of the cottage, but we recommend to purchase a weekly ticket for £25 from the long stay car park at Jacobs Ladder, which is approximately 10 minutes walk along the seafront.

Bed linen included. Towels are available to hire at £8 per set. Cot and high chair are provided. Hairdryer x 2

Unfortunately it would be most unusual for us to be in a position to consider a short break at peak holiday times, such as the October and February half terms or over the Christmas, New Year and Easter breaks.
