Drupe Farm Courtstands in well maintained grounds surrounded by glorious countryside in the pretty Devon village of Colaton Raleigh which is just a 10 minute drive from the coast at Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth. "Tidwell" is aspacious, bright and airy cottage with a splendid south facing hexagonal shaped living room with full length windows all around overlooking the garden.The accommodation is furnished to a very high standard with tasteful colour schemes throughout. There are delightful walks from the cottage down to the River Otter. Colaton Raleigh has a good pub with garden just a few minutes walk from the cottage.

Accommodation

Entrance hall, doorto good size twin bedroom with pine furnishings. Stairs to landing with double bedroom, again with pine furnishings and pleasant outlook over the front gardens. Modern white bathroom suite with shower over bath and W.C. Stairs down to splendid hexagonal shaped south facing living room with open plan newly fitted kitchen anddining area.This is a delightful room with exposed beams, quality furnishings and pleasant outlook over the enclosed pretty lawn garden.

1 small pet by arrangement charged at £25 per week

Private parking for two cars

T.V with freeview. DVD. Hi Fi. Internet connection available at £10 per week - please request at time of booking.

Gas hob and electric oven. Fridge. Freezer. Washer/drier.Microwave.

Bed linen included. Towels available to hire at £8 per set. Travel cot and high chair available
