A charming, cedar wood chalet situated facing south on the edge of the sea close to the picturesque village of Branscombe with un-interrupted sea views across Lyme Bay. Tastefully presented along a "seaside" theme with many homely touches. The location is often described by visitors to this area as 'idyllic'. The outstanding beauty of this, one of the most stunningly beautiful parts of rural Devon, is part of the Jurassic Coast and is now recognised internationally as a World Heritage Site.

Accommodation

The chalet has recently been refurbished with a new comfortable leather sofa, beds and fitted bedroom furniture. The fully carpeted accommodation comprises kitchen with electric hob and oven. Full size fridge freezer. Microwave. Dining area. Living room with wall mounted TV with built-in DVD. Large fully opening doors onto balcony with chairs directly overlooking the beach. Two bedrooms - one with a double bed, facing the sea and the other with a double bed and one bunk style cabin single bed. Bathroom with bath and shower attachment, W.C. and wash basin. Vehicular access for loading and unloading only.

Parking for 1 car on the car park near the chalet.If you have a second car, then a weekly ticket can be purchased for £25

Wall mounted TV. Wi Fi is available at £5 per day or £12.50 per week. Communal laundry room nearby

Electric Hob and oven. Full sized fridge/freezer. Microwave.

Bed linen, duvets and pillows provided. Towels available to hire at £8/set

October to April (inclusive) electric charged at £20 for short break or £35 for the week.

20th September 2017 - Had an amazing two weeks hereIve been coming here for 41 yeras and my son adores it so much he just got married at St Winifreds and had a Tee Pee reception on Branscombe beach, it was simply amazing. So many new memories made in this delightful place! Diane and Chris Lawder.

Short Breaks are available from the end of October half term to the start of the Easter school holidays, or at the owners' discretion for a last minute booking at other times of the year. Unfortunately it would be most unusual for us to be in a position to consider a short break at peak holiday times, such as the October and February half terms or over the Christmas, New Year and Easter breaks.
