The marina offers opportunities for sailing as well as some beautiful walks along the estuary towards Lympstone. Exmouth's town centre and beach are just a few minutes level walk. The property is tastefully furnished and equipped in a clean modern style with light and spacious accommodation and benefits from a large patio style garden and parking for two cars.

It has a Juliet balcony with French doors and unrivalled views across the marina. Attractive raised living flame gas fire.Double bedroom with glimpses of the estuary.  Good quality bathroom with modern fittings.  On the second floor there are threebedrooms, one double bedroom with queen sized bed and en-suite shower room and W.C., with superb marina views.    One twin bedroom. One bunk bedroom.  Outside there is a private parking for two cars. To the side and front of the property there is a good sized sun patio with good quality garden furniture and a gate leading directly to the marina.

From time to time the Marina Management Company organise maintenance work to the exterior of the properties which is out of the control of the owners. This is usually done with total discretion with consideration for people staying on the Marina.
