To the side and front of the property there is a good sized sun patio with good quality garden furniture and a gate leading directly to the marina.

From time to time the Marina Management Company organise maintenance work to the exterior of the properties which is out of the control of the owners. This is usually done with total discretion with consideration for people staying on the Marina.

Short Breaks are available from the end of October half term to the start of the Easter school holidays, or at the owners' discretion for a last minute booking at other times of the year. Unfortunately it would be most unusual for us to be in a position to consider a short break at peak holiday times, such as the October and February half terms or over the Christmas, New Year and Easter breaks.
