A delightful, spacious former fisherman's cottage situated just a stones throw from the town centre, beach and delightful gardens. The cottage has a recently fitted bathroom and kitchen with comfortable furnishings throughout. The decor is imaginatively designed along a seaside theme. There is an enclosed courtyard to the rear with patio furniture.     


Entrance hall . Spacious, bright and airy living room comfortably furnished with tasteful colour schemes. French doors opening into utility room with door to rear courtyard with garden furniture. Outside WC. Quality light oak style kitchen with granite worktops. On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with three single beds, both with pine furnishings and tasteful decor.Modern bathroom with shower over the bath and W.C. Electric night storage heating throughout.

Saturday changeover day.

Parking: There are is a long stay public car park a 10 minute walk from the cottage. Weekly permits can be purchased for £25 per week covering all East Devon car parks.

Pets accepted at £25 per week

Electric ceramic hob and oven. Microwave. Fridge. Freezer. Dishwasher. Washing machine.Tumble Dryer.

Bed linen included. Towels available to hire at £8 per set. 

£75 supplement for Folk Week (1st week in August).

13th May 2016 - ' Wonderful cottage, very clean and very grateful for the tea, milk and biscuits on arrival. Great location. Easy enough to move the car between short stay car parks. Highly recommend visits to The Donkey Sanctuary, Branscombe & Beer. Ottery St Mary a bit disappointing fabulous 3 mile walk along the River Otter to Tipton St John and the lovely Golden Lion pub. In Sidmouth The Swan a nice friendly pub and in town The Anchor pub does great food. Love to come and stay again' The Daniels family.

Short Breaks are available from the end of October half term to the start of the Easter school holidays, or at the owners' discretion for a last minute booking at other times of the year. Unfortunately it would be most unusual for us to be in a position to consider a short break at peak holiday times, such as the October and February half terms or over the Christmas, New Year and Easter breaks.
