Camellia Cottage is a beautifully presented double fronted cottage which forms part of the delightful Regency Grade II listed Amyatts Terrace. Quietly situated in one of the most sought after areas of the town centre, overlooking tennis courts and bowling green, just 200 yards easy stroll to the colourful and famous Blackmore Gardens, Sidmouth town centre, esplanade and beach. The cottage is very well cared for and beautifully furnished. Private parking for up to 2 cars.

Accommodation

Porch. Delightful spacious living room with electric fire. Beautifully furnished with tasteful colour schemes. Well equipped modern kitchen with separate dining area. Small rear yard with outside W.C. Pretty ground floor single bedroom with wash basin. On the first floor are two lovely bedrooms overlookingtennis courts towards Coburg Terrace, a row of regency houses, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, both with washbasins. Modern bathroom suite with shower over bath and W.C. Gas central heating throughout. Outside seating area overlooking the tennis courts.

Private parking for 1 large or 2 small cars. 

New flat screen T.V, dvd. Cd/radio and fast wifi connection

Electric hob and oven. Fridge with ice box and freezer. Washing machine. Microwave. Dishwasher. 

Bed linen included. Towels available to hire at £8 per set.  

Hair dryer

£100 supplement for Folk Week (1st week in August).

Sidmouth is a super place lots of individual shops.Went to Lyme Regis by bus - great fun!Loved A La Ronde and The Donkey Sanctuary.Walked from Sidmouth to Ladram Bay.Tea on the terrace of Kingswood and Devoran Hotel is very enjoyable.Thanks for a wonderful place to stay with sunny weather too'!
